TICKETS AVAILABLE FROM MAY 11th

The Croatian National Theatre „Ivan pl. Zajc“, the City of Rijeka and the Tourist Association of the City of Rijeka organize "Rijeka summer nights" this year also. The manifestation will take place in Rijeka from June 5th to July 19th.

This year’s edition, among other things, brings:

- Opening ceremony of "Rijeka Summer Nights", with fireworks – well known"Grupo Puja!" from Spain and Argentina, will perform "Kaosmos", dynamic and spectacular performance that is performed high in the air

- pantomime spectacle and opera “La commedia è finita” (according to passages from the work “La Boutique fantastique” by Ottorino Respighi and Gioachino Rossini, and the entire operatic work of “Pagliacci” by Ruggero Leoncavallo) with José Cura, one of the greatest tenors of today. This year he comes as a director and interprets the main role in the performance.Lots of music admirers from Croatia and abroad have already shown interest in his performance.

- „Waves“- guest performance by the contemporary ballet CeDeCe, Companhia de Dança Contemporanea, Portugal,

- “Goldoni Terminus”- a huge European joint-production on the occasion of the300^TH annyversity of Goldoni’s birth,

- “Hombres de tango”- concert of the famous italian players,

- Händel's masterpiece, oratorio "Messiah", which will take place in the Torpedo Factory…

The specificity of "Rijeka Summer Nights" is that all the programs are held in different locations in the City of Rijeka: Karolina Riječka Pier, Portić at Kantrida, Torpedo Factory, Trsat Castle, Hartera,  Universuty Campus on Trsat, "Ivan pl. Zajc" Croatian National Theatre…
