CONCERT “HOMBRES DE TANGO”

Two internationally renowned and often prize-winning Italian musicians, the guitarist Giampaolo Bandini and the accordionist and bandoneónist Cesare Chiacchiaretta will take us into the magical world of tango in their concert, as well as give us seductive, dramatic music, which is sometimes pensive but always extremely sensual.

The concert program has the works of composers from Argentina in it, the homeland from where tango originated and went out to conquer the world. There are famous names such as Maximo Diego Pujol, Angel Villoldo and Astor Piazzolla, who is probably the most famous tango musician in the world and one of the greatest icons of Argentinean tango. He created his own style ‘Tango Nuevo’, although he liked to call his music “the music of Buenos Aires”.
